Is it easy to get set up?

Definitely! ArkonLabs takes care of pretty much everything and we guide you along the way for anything that needs to be done on your part.

We do rely on you to send us the information you’d like displayed on the website. For example; an introduction, about me section, products for sale, prices, descriptions, images, etc.

What is the initial setup process like?

ArkonLabs has partnered with PayPal to provide you with a secure and simple checkout process.

When purchasing a Web Package from ArkonLabs, you will be charged a setup fee which covers the cost of setting up the website, setting up your email accounts, and working with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied before publishing your website. The monthly fee is waived for the first month.

One month after the setup fee has been charged, the monthly fee will be automatically charged to your PayPal account. This will occur every month on the same date of the month. If you’d like to have the billing date changed, please contact us.

What if I want to make changes to my website?

This depends on the type of website you need.

If you need a static website, such as that of a business or restaurant, and you’d like any changes made to the overall design or other graphics and text, all you need to do is contact us..

If you need a website with a built in blogging page, such as that of a news company or fitness blog, you will be able to log into your website and submit posts yourself as well as add multimedia to each post. In case you need any changes made outside of the blogging aspect of your site, such as the design or other graphics and text, simply contact us and we’ll make the changes for you.
